Picking a Season 14 class feels less like choosing a winner and more like choosing your daily grind. A stash full of Diablo 4 Items won't save a build that folds in every Nightmare Escalation, so clear speed and survival deserve equal weight.

What Actually Matters This Season
Barbarian, Rogue, and Druid have the smoothest route into serious Torment farming. Barb has sturdy all-round builds. Rogue gets about fast. Druid can hit ridiculous numbers, though it needs proper defensive work once the affixes start stacking.
Necromancer remains a great pick, especially around summons and curses. Blood Moon Breeches are worth chasing if your minions stay active and your damage benefits from critical strikes. For that drop, run Nightmare Escalations and beat Astaroth. It's the cleanest target farm.

The Builds Players Keep Copying
